Location: 352 Rangatira Rd, Beach Haven, Auckland

Hours: Part-time hours fortnightly)

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and compassionate part-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you're organised, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

•    Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism

•    Answering phones, managing bookings, and assisting with patient inquiries

•    Updating patient records and handling confidential information

•    Processing new patient enrolments and transfers

•    Managing and responding to emails professionally and in a timely manner

•    Managing daily banking and eftpos reconciliation

•    Supporting clinical staff with day-to-day administrative tasks

•    Helping maintain a calm and friendly front-desk environment

What We're Looking For:

•    Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (preferred)

•    Familiarity with patient management systems like Indici (preferred)

•    Confident with basic financial admin (e.g., banking, reconciliations)

•    Friendly, compassionate, and calm under pressure

•    Strong communication, problem solving, multi-tasking and attention to detail

•    A positive team player who takes initiative
