**About the role**

We have an opening in our busy medical centres for a friendly Receptionist to join our teams. Our Reception and Administration team play an important part in our medical centre as they are the first point of contact for all our patients and their families. You will be expected to provide a welcoming face to all our visitors and patients to the medical centre and to provide excellent care focused service.

Your duties will include checking patients in, booking appointments, dealing with patient enquiries in person and on the phone, cash handling, data entry and other admin related tasks.

Experience in a health care environment is not essential as training will be given.

**This is a casual role working on an on call basis, Monday to Sunday.**

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in Administration/Reception and working in teams
- A professional attitude, great customer service and a meticulous eye for detail
- Exposure to MedTech 32 or MedTech Evolution is desirable but not essential
- Good time management and proficient computer skills
- Great sense of humor and a high level of empathy
