Customer Support Agent – GymMaster (Christchurch)

Treshna Enterprises is a fast growing and dynamic company, building clever software from our base in central Christchurch.

Our flagship product, GymMaster, powers gyms and fitness facilities all over the world - and our support team is at the heart of keeping our clients running smoothly.

We're on the hunt for a Japanese speaking Customer Support Agent who genuinely loves helping people, thrives on solving problems, and brings great energy and empathy to every interaction. You'll be supporting our global community of GymMaster users, with a focus on our Japanese client base - guiding them through setup, troubleshooting, and training via email and phone.

If you're a natural communicator who enjoys making someone's day a bit easier, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to client support calls and emails
  • Delivering one-on-one training sessions with clients (remote or in person)
  • Working closely with our developers to help shape better experiences for clients

What we're looking for

  • Fluent, bilingual (Japanese/English) communicator
  • 2+ years of delivering awesome customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine & demonstrable drive to put the customer first
  • A calm, methodical approach to solving problems
  • Great written and verbal communication - confident on the phone or Zoom
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and self-motivation
  • Bonus points for training or tech support experience

The details

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Shifts between 5am - 9pm, Monday to Saturday (rostered)
  • Must be available for interviews in Christchurch
  • NZ work permit required
