We're looking for a part-time Keyholder to join our team at Napier store. If you're confident on the shop floor and ready to take on a bit more responsibility like opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the manager's away – this is the perfect next step in your retail career.

You'll be part of a team that knows their stuff, loves what they do, and takes real pride in helping people find their perfect fit.

Here's what's on offer:

Role – Keyholder

Rostered Hours: Mon 10:30-4: Thurs Sat

Minimum Hours: 16.5

Hourly Rate: $24 + bonus potential

What your day will look like:

  • Creating exceptional experiences for every customer

  • Supporting with opening and closing the store

  • Running smooth and successful shifts

  • Reaching your sales goals (and enjoying the bonus rewards)

  • Keeping the store tidy, stylish and well-presented

  • Being a positive, proactive team player



You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or similar)

  • Are confident, responsible and happy to lead by example

  • Have a natural way with people and love building rapport

  • Are organised and calm under pressure

  • Have a great eye for detail and presentation

  • Are motivated by goals and love seeing results
