We're looking for a **part-time**Keyholder to join our team at **Napier store**. If you're confident on the shop floor and ready to take on a bit more responsibility like opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the manager's away - this is the perfect next step in your retail career.

You'll be part of a team that knows their stuff, loves what they do, and takes real pride in helping people find their perfect fit.

**What your day will look like**:

- Creating exceptional experiences for every customer
- Supporting with opening and closing the store
- Running smooth and successful shifts
- Reaching your sales goals (and enjoying the bonus rewards)
- Keeping the store tidy, stylish and well-presented
- Being a positive, proactive team player

**You'll thrive in this role if you**:

- Have experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or similar)
- Are confident, responsible and happy to lead by example
- Have a natural way with people and love building rapport
- Are organised and calm under pressure
- Have a great eye for detail and presentation
- Are motivated by goals and love seeing results
- **Are available Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday 11:00am - 3:00pm, 10.5 hours per week.**
