Are you our next experienced, talented and dynamic Chef de Partie, who has fantastic communications skills and customer service focused to join the Family and contribute to Depot's continued success?

You are a fully qualified chef with a proven track record in the industry gained through working in fast paced, high quality restaurant environments. Assisting the Depot management team in this hands-on role to maintain their high standards, expanding the menu, drive high performance, organise and manage staff, provide leadership and training is essential.

Fast paced, fresh and friendly, Al Brown's Depot is where the food is terrific, the service outstanding and the atmosphere exciting. Think of a classic Kiwi bach reinvented as a restaurant, a place where people feel best when they eat, drink and entertain. Depot is about shellfish shucked fresh to order, food cooked over charcoal and wood making for more succulent, flavourful seasonal dishes, beautifully cooked and to be enjoyed with friends.
