What we're looking for

Someone with broad capability across Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform - and solid experience developing bespoke solutions for clients.  Portal Pages, Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps - and the rest

We are a NZ owned tech consultancy and we operate at several different levels within our client organisations. Most of our clients are large enterprises and we develop a variety of bespoke applications for them.

Some of our contractors have been with us for several years - we tend to keep a hold of the good ones, some have even converted to permanent employment...largely because we operate transparently, aren't into hierarchy or politics, and focus on doing right - by our people and by our clients.

In a nutshell…

You will work on projects where you will mostly be building new applications and making the most of accelerators (where appropriate) and leaning into AI where it makes good sense. We need you to fulfil a key role as a Senior Consultant / Developer and work collaboratively with the wider technical team, as well as Functionals and Testers.

The work is challenging and often leading edge. The pace can be intense at times, but we do our utmost to ensure you workload is balanced and you have flexibility in your day. We prioritise enjoying our work - if you love it, it never feels like work.

We are expressly looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of D365 & Power Platform in a Solution Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Consulting role.

You'll be working as part of a wider project team, but with plenty of autonomy to make decisions. We live by our values, and you will need to as well:
