This is a full-time, on-site role, working Monday to Friday as standard. Occasional weekend work may be required to provide cover during busy periods or leave, but this is not the normal working pattern.

· Recruit, train, roster and support staff and volunteers
· Support a positive customer experience across the site
· Manage the souvenir retail shop, including:
- Stock ordering and supplier liaison
- Stock control and stocktakes
- Supporting staff with customer service and sales
· Ensure Health & Safety systems, policies and procedures are maintained and complied with
· Support Trust and Tourist Park meetings and reporting as required
· Assist with funding, sponsorships and scholarships
About You
You'll be a confident, practical manager who enjoys working across operations, people, and systems.
You will bring:
· Proven experience in office administration, finance and payroll
· Strong computer skills, including:
- Xero (or similar accounting software)
- Microsoft Word and Excel (comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting)
· Sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· A collaborative, team-focused approach with a strong customer service mindset
· The ability to manage multiple priorities in a small, hands-on environment
Qualifications:

· Permanent Resident or New Zealand citizen
· Availability for occasional weekend cover when required
· Available to start as early as practical
