This is an exciting opportunity for a Netsuite or Hubspot Consultant to join our growing team. You will be working on several projects in a busy and exciting environment.

About Us

Ogg is a leading global software company, we identify and deliver rapid systems improvement using Cloud based software. With our recent company growth, we are looking for an additional NetSuite or Hubspot Consultant.

Responsibilities will include

  • Consulting on Netsuite #1 Cloud based ERP software or Hubspot depending on your skill set
  • Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews
  • You will be responsible for software solutions advising to a variety of customers by providing effective ERP consulting/CRM consulting and at times support services across new implementations and upgrade project phases.
  • Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into client's infrastructure
  • Work Alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions
  • Train end users on how to effectively use financial systems features and applications
  • Develop customised saved searches for shared business user usage and to support integration needs
  • Develop informational reports
  • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
  • Strong relationship skills - someone that can work on their own and deal with difficult/senior stakeholders

Education and/or Experience

  • 3+ years as a Netsuite Consultant or 2+ years with Hubspot
  • A tertiary degree or related qualification
  • 1+ years' experience working with ERP or CRM software

To be considered, you MUST have

  • Proven experience within this field is a must.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM or other Enterprise Software.

    NetSuite, Hubspot SAP, Microsoft, Pronto, Salesforce, Xero, MYOB, Small to Medium ERP
