Cybertify in New Zealand

Cybertify Limited is headquartered in Auckland and represents our Asia-Pacific hub.

You'll collaborate with Australian leadership while helping expand Cybertify's presence across New Zealand. All roles comply with New Zealand's employment and privacy laws, including the Employment Relations Act 2000 and Privacy Act 2020.

About the Role

We are now building a flagship marketing website — a cinematic, high-performance digital experience that reflects our brand's authority and technical depth.

We're looking for a Front-End Web Developer experienced specifically in – not React-only app developers. You must have launched production-grade websites (marketing or brand-level sites), understand SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, SEO, and deployment on Vercel. Do not apply if you have only worked on React-based apps or dashboards.

This is a full-time role for a developer who can take complete technical ownership of our website projects, starting with and expanding into multiple related brands and international sites (NZ, SG, UAE, US).

Note: This role requires production-level experience.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development

• Build and maintain all Cybertify websites using (TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion) hosted on Vercel.
• Convert bespoke Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect, responsive, and production-grade builds.
• Develop high-performance, globally optimised websites with exceptional structure, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement advanced motion and cinematic interactions using Framer Motion or GSAP — scroll-based storytelling, Lottie animations, parallax, and micro-interactions.
• Create dynamic and reusable CMS structures (Sanity, Hygraph, or similar) for services, blogs, resources, and case studies.
• Integrate HubSpot forms, dynamic content feeds, API data, redirects, and automation triggers.
• Deploy all builds via Vercel with staging, preview, and production pipelines.
• Maintain consistent site performance, browser compatibility, and responsive behaviour across all devices.

Marketing & Campaign Enablement

• Build and deploy dedicated landing pages for marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads.
• Implement conversion tracking and event pixels (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).
• Optimise all pages for speed, UX hierarchy, and conversion.

SEO, Analytics & Performance

• Configure advanced SEO schema, metadata, OpenGraph tags, and dynamic sitemap generation.
• Manage redirects, canonical tags, and URL structures across regions and languages.
• Run and maintain Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights audits, proactively improving site performance.
• Implement GA4, HubSpot, and server-side analytics for full attribution visibility.
• Ensure strict WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance across all components.

Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory

• Minimum 4–10 production websites built with (not React apps) - marekting websites, not customer or backend portals.
• 4+ years' experience in front-end web development with
• Experience deploying to Vercel.
• Do not apply if you have only worked on React-based apps or dashboards.
• Proven record of launching marketing-grade websites (not apps or dashboards).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Figma → production translation with pixel perfection.

• Expert-level understanding of:

• , TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS

• Framer Motion, GSAP, or similar animation libraries
• Sanity, Hygraph, or other headless CMS platforms
• Vercel hosting, environment management, and CI/CD
• HubSpot API or CRM form integrations
• Web performance optimisation and accessibility best practices
• Solid grasp of SEO, responsive breakpoints, and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems for scalable sites.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Background in cinematic motion design or prior work on visually immersive sites.
• Familiarity with Lottie, , or WebGL for advanced motion.
• Understanding of marketing automation workflows and tracking setups.
• Experience in cybersecurity, technology, or consulting sectors.
• Exposure to multi-region architecture (AU/NZ/SG/UAE/US) for global deployments.

Soft Skills

• Extreme attention to detail — pixel perfection and performance obsession.
• Self-managed, structured, and disciplined with QA, version control, and deadlines.
• Clear communicator, able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
