Rent My Home (formerly A Cube Rentals Ltd) is a full-service Residential property management company based in New Zealand, offering expert services in Auckland, Hamilton-Waikato, and soon expanding to Tauranga and Wellington. We provide end-to-end property management, including tenant screening, healthy-home inspections, rent collection, and property maintenance. Our mission is to protect landlords' investments while fostering a positive and reliable rental experience for tenants. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Auckland for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property management operations, including tenant communication, resolving issues, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties comply with healthy-home standards. The role involves conducting property inspections, managing rental agreements, overseeing rent collection, and liaising with landlords to provide updates and ensure smooth property operations. Organizational skills and excellent customer service are essential for providing efficient and professional support to landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution
  • Property management expertise, including tenant relations, rental agreement management, and ensuring healthy-home compliance
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping
  • Ability to coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships effectively
  • Knowledge of New Zealand's property management regulations is advantageous
  • Proficiency with property management software and basic office tools
  • Full Driver's licensce is mandatory.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in property management, will be advantageous.
