About the Role:

We're looking for a Programme Portfolio Manager (Chapter Lead) in our Enterprise Project Services & Consulting business. You will have a strong focus on the customer experience, developing our people and producing quality outcomes. You will be considered an expert in project delivery, able to drive good practice development and mature our team's ways of working in a professional services organisation. This role is about creating a cohesive, high-performing team that accelerates success through exceptional project services. You will require solid experience in managing transformational projects, cloud adoption and infrastructure projects.

Day to day you will be involved in:

  • Team leadership - provide leadership to a team of project delivery professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Enable your team to deliver quality customer project outcomes – removal of project delivery impediments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to respond to customer demand, presales and RFx responses.
  • Provide project delivery governance and oversight within your portfolio.
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and priorities align to the Enterprise Project Services & Consulting team and Spark strategy.
  • Contribute to the strengthening of Spark's project delivery capability, encouraging innovation, and team enablement.
  • Contribute to the development and improve our ways of working, processes, templates and systems.
  • Perform Demand and capacity management across your portfolio.
  • Serve as a key escalation point and influence delivery outcomes for our customers.

What experience you'll bring?

  • Proven success in leading a team of project delivery professionals.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex, technology-enablement transformation projects.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate long-term vision into tangible outcomes.
  • An established track record of leading project delivery improvements to drive sustainable efficiencies and results.
  • Deep expertise across enterprise project delivery using varying methodologies and frameworks.
  • Lead customer cloud adoption and digital transformation programs.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • A passion for building high-performing, future-ready teams and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • An ability to influence, inspire, and bring clarity in fast-paced and complex environments.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of Cloud computing – Azure or AWS
  • Industry relevant project delivery certifications.
  • Background in consulting.
