About us

Based in Christchurch, Miles Continental Volkswagen and Miles CUPRA Christchurch collectively provide our local community with quality vehicle brands and exceptional customer service. About the role

As a Business Manager in Finance & Insurance, you'll play a vital role in our sales process, meeting with our customers and helping them to secure finance, insurance, and other products to enrich their ownership experience of their vehicle. To support this, you'll have a suite of finance products available, both through our official brands and other trusted providers.

The role includes a competitive base salary with incentive scheme as well as a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide finance, insurance, and warranty advice to customers
  • Collaborate with our sales team to help them secure a sale
  • Sell additional products and services that enhance customer value
  • Meet and exceed both personal and dealership performance targets
  • Stay current with trends, products, and legal requirements to provide up-to-date advice

Previous experience in automotive sales or finance is an advantage, though not essential.
