As our Sawmill Manager, you will lead the safe, efficient, and consistent processing of logs and timber products. You'll manage people, workflow, equipment, and production processes to ensure daily targets are achieved while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Your focus will include improving productivity, reducing downtime, and maximising timber recovery and value. You'll champion continuous improvement, support staff training and development, and build strong communication and teamwork across the mill.

You will work closely with the Assistant General Manager, LVL Manager, GM, production teams, and maintenance crews to ensure operational decisions reflect Millari's values and contribute to a safe, engaged, and high-performing workplace. This is a full-time, permanent role with shifts rostered across Monday–Sunday.
