As a Quality Controller on our Night shift team, you'll work hands-on across our packing process, maintaining high standards while developing valuable technical skills in horticulture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a friendly, fast-paced team. You'll grow your knowledge, confidence, and experience, while having fun and building genuine connections along the way.

What you'll do:

  • Inspect fruit at multiple stages of the packing process
  • Maintain accurate quality records
  • Communicate quality standards to packing and production teams
  • Complete training in quality procedures, hygiene standards, and market requirements
  • Champion Rockit's commitment to delivering premium fruit globally

Hours & Location:

  • Sunday to Friday, 4:30pm – 2:30am
  • Based at our purpose-built Rockit Te Ipu site, Longlands, Hastings
  • Expected to start late January 2026
