What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our brokers and customers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Be the First Point of Contact: Answer inbound calls with a positive, can-do attitude.

Solve Problems with Empathy: Tackle customer queries and concerns efficiently, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Stay Organised: Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.

Follow Up Like a Pro: Ensure no issue is left unresolved and every customer feels valued.

Spot Opportunities: Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless service.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who's passionate about making a difference and eager to grow. Here's what you'll bring:

Experience: 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (call center or insurance experience is a plus).

Communication Skills: You're a natural at building rapport and listening with empathy.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Critical thinking is your superpower.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, quoting platforms, and other tools.

Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love staying on top of tasks.
