We are seeking applicants for an outstanding Academic Staff member, who holds a PhD to teach Applied Management courses, and supervise and guide Level 9 learners through their research journey. This position is a full time. permanent (1.0 FTE), 36 hours per week, on our Nelson Campus.

Our diverse team of expert academics and enthusiastic business support people are all about giving their best for our ākonga and delivering excellent teaching and learning.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Delivery, planning, organising and assessing course content for applied business courses, for level 5 to 8.
  • Managing and supporting learner progress toward completion of qualifications
  • Keeping accurate learner records and completing documentation to a high standard

Applicants must have:

  • A relevant PhD
  • Academic research supervision experience at master's level
  • Tertiary teaching experience
  • Research Outputs
