The Pricing & Performance Manager is responsible for pricing operations across Business Lending and Investment products. You'll help ensure our pricing is competitive, sustainable, and aligned with Kiwibank's strategic, risk and financial objectives. Your insights and governance will optimise pricing processes for front line teams, customer value, profitability and portfolio performance. You'll have the opportunity to develop and improve processes, adapt as we grow, and drive long-term strategy for the bank.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience: 

  • Proven experience in financial services, ideally within pricing, finance or product management
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen 
  •  Knowledge of lending and deposit/investment products, preferably with business banking experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence and drive outcomes 
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations in banking
  • Exposure to data analysis along with a willingness to learn and adapt
