About us | Mō mātou 

Our System Commissioning & Performance (SC&P) Group plays a critical role in shaping how we deliver on ACC's vision. We're now looking for a Coordinator to join our DCE Office team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination and PA experience to support strategic commissioning and help our leaders stay focused on what matters most.

About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi 

In this role, you'll provide high-quality support to senior leaders, helping them stay organised, informed, and connected. You'll coordinate meetings and logistics, and ensure documents and communications are delivered to a high standard.

You'll be a key part of a collaborative team, contributing to process improvements and supporting our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on logistical support for meetings and activities across the Business Group.
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Providing consistent, quality support to senior leaders.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Financial monitoring, invoice processing.
  • Information management.
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Using ACC systems and processes to deliver effective support.
  • Providing support across all SC&P Business units.

The salary range for this role is $67,442k - $82,430 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
