They're looking for a Structural Engineer to join their Christchurch team. The work spans commercial developments, healthcare facilities, bespoke residential projects, and specialist projects. You'll be involved across design, delivery, and client interaction, working closely with a supportive team that values both curiosity and practical problem-solving.

This is a company that understands balance. They offer flexible work arrangements including a 9-day fortnight option, giving you the space and time to enjoy life outside of work.

What you'll bring

  • BE from a NZ University
  • At least four years NZ consulting engineering experience
  • Familiarity with analysis and design tools (e.g., ETABS, SpaceGass or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of New Zealand building codes, standards, and compliance pathways
  • Clear communication style, both written and verbal
