Storm represents the confident, contemporary woman with an inner Rock 'n' Roll edge. Designed and managed right here in New Zealand, we're embarking on an exciting new chapter — and we're looking for an inspiring leader to manage our flagship Wellington boutique.


About the Role

Located on Victoria Street in the Wellington CBD, this is a pivotal position within the Storm team. You'll lead and motivate your boutique team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and represent the Storm brand with confidence and style.


What You'll Do
  • Lead, inspire, and support your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and store performance
  • Oversee stock levels, ordering, and visual merchandising to maintain high presentation standards
  • Manage budgets, sales reports, and performance metrics to ensure profitability
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive, high-performing culture
  • Be a Stylist and Brand Ambassador — embody the Storm aesthetic and inspire customers with your knowledge, presentation, and passion for fashion

About You
  • Strong sense of personal style and genuine love of fashion
  • Proven experience in retail or boutique management
  • Confident, self-motivated, and driven to achieve success
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and people skills
  • Passionate about creating an elevated customer experience every time
