About the Role:

Our client is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager for their High Jewellery boutique in Wellington CBD. The successful applicant will be a sales powerhouse, passionate about driving the performance of the boutique, their team, themself and will lead by example.

You will have experience building and maintaining a client portfolio of HNWI and UNHWIs and managing and developing a team of direct reports to exceed all performance benchmarks and KPIs. You will also have experience in and a thorough understanding of true luxury with a proven track record of success in a same or similar environment.

You will act as an ambassador of this prestigious and well recognised business

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience within Luxury Retail or high level customer service is essential
  • Experience in a Managerial role within a similar environment is essential, experience as a Boutique or Store Manager is desirable
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral with an innate ability to influence
  • Proven commitment to exceptional standards for customer service, sales and product knowledge
  • Advanced networking and clienteling skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs
