Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Operations Management: Develops and implements business strategies to improve efficiency, increase sales, and meet organizational goals. Oversees daily operations and ensures the dealership runs smoothly.
- Financial Management: Manages the budget and financial activities of the dealership. This includes financial planning, tracking financial performance, and making decisions based on financial analysis.
- Sales Oversight: Directs the sales team to achieve sales targets. Responsible for setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize sales.
- Customer Service and Relations: Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and a customer-centric approach across all dealership operations, handles escalated customer issues and ensures prompt resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction striving to provide excellent service, and maintains a positive reputation in the community, and strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community.
- Staff Management: Responsible for hiring, training, and managing employees. Creates a positive working environment, motivates staff, and monitors performance.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensures the dealership complies with all automotive laws and regulations. Oversees safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Network Development: Identifies opportunities for expanding the dealership network within the region, collaborates with corporate and regional teams to develop and implement growth strategies, and oversees the setup and launch of new dealership locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Inventory Management: Manages vehicle inventory, including ordering and stocking new models, and overseeing the sale or return of unsold vehicles.
- Leadership: Leads and manage all dealership departments, including sales, service, finance, and administration, sets clear goals and expectations for the team, and provides ongoing coaching and development.
