Are you a dynamic team player passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales? BedsRus Queenstown & Queenstown Furniture Gallery is looking for a motivated and experienced customer service legend to help our team and management with the day-to-day operations of our store. As the face of our brand, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality, comfort, and style in the bedding & Furniture industry. Bring great customer service and be a team player and we can teach the sales.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • inspire your team mates to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.

  • Implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase store profitability.

  • This is a furniture and bedding store, so we do require you to be able to lift and move furniture.

  • Maintain store appearance to reflect the BedsRus brand standards.

  • Managing inwards and outwards goods - along with our warehousing team

  • Administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

-One last thing is to have fun with the team while being amazing at turning on the sales and service when needed.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Proven experience with customer service.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for growth.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.

  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.

  • Able to lift heavy items.

**This role is for a person to work the following days weekly - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

There is a possibility to have a rotating roster with 2 other staff members.
