About the Role:

As a Vocational Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to discover and develop their unique passions and talents.

You will work closely with a support worker to facilitate daily programs designed to enhance personal growth and empowerment for our clients. Your work will include coordinating a variety of activities, work experience opportunities, voluntary placements, and providing guidance on pathways to further education.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support our clients in identifying and developing their strengths, interests, and vocational goals.

Lead and facilitate engaging program activities that build skills and confidence.

Coordinate and supervise work experience and voluntary placements.

Assist clients in exploring options for further education or training.

Collaborate with the support worker to ensure the smooth running of daily programs and services.
