What We're Looking For

• Full working knowledge of a wide range of beauty therapy treatments
• Previous work experience or qualification in beauty therapy (preferred but not mandatory)
• Reliable, professional, and a great team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in sales and client conversions — you should enjoy recommending treatments and products that genuinely benefit clients
• Knowledge and/or experience in hairdressing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Availability to work on weekends, some late nights, and public holidays

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing client bookings and schedules
• Conducting professional beauty consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Performing a variety of beauty and skin treatments, including:
• Facials
• Waxing
• Threading
• Body Massage
• Makeup application and hair styling
• Eyelash Extensions
• Laser Hair Removal (preferred but not mandatory)
• Promoting and selling salon services and retail beauty products to meet individual and team sales targets
• Performing additional salon-related duties as required

Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)

We would love to hear from candidates with experience in Permanent Makeup (PMU) artistry, including:

• Powder Brows
• Microblading
• Lip Blush
• Nano Powder Brows
• Other advanced cosmetic tattooing techniques

PMU skills are not mandatory, but they will make you stand out and could offer additional growth opportunities within our salon.

Sales & Growth Focus

Sales play a major role in this position.

Your ability to build strong client relationships, recommend services, upsell products, and achieve sales targets is an essential part of your success in this role.
