RO Hair & Beauty Salon is seeking Beautician/s to join our team. We offer a wide range of services, including hairdressing, beauty treatments, party dressing, and bridal/wedding dressing – all under one roof. This is a full time permanent position with minimum 35hrs/week.

Job Responsibilities

• Haircuts, colouring, styling & treatments
• Waxing, tinting, facials, lashes & brows
• Manicures & pedicures
• Product recommendations and retail sales (Advising clients on products to meet their skincare needs & Recommending home solutions & self-care routines)
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional work environment

Your Skills & Experience

• The ability to work a roster that includes late nights and weekends.
• Be dedicated to the wellbeing industry & providing immersive experiences for our clients, caring about the quality of service delivered.
• Have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards.
• Enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise for client and personal satisfaction, and you are interested in further personal and professional development.
• The capacity to stay calm and poised at busy times, and multi-task.
• The self motivation to keep yourself busy in quiet times.
• Be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy.
• A can do attitude along with being an excellent team member.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon setting

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships

• a recognized beauty therapy qualification

• the ability to work a roster that includes late nights and some Saturdays
