You will operate heavy machinery including bulldozers, scrapers, and graders for residential and commercial land clearance projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and graders to perform bulk earthworks for residential and commercial site preparation.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery in compliance with site safety standards.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating bulldozers, scrapers, graders, or similar heavy machinery.
  • Valid relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., Class2,4 and WTR endorsement).
  • Strong understanding of earthwork processes for residential and commercial projects.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transport to and from job sites in Christchurch.
