Finance Administrator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support this business in the building products sector over the summer period. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team in Avondale and put your finance and systems experience to good use.
This role would suit someone with some experience in expense claims, however this is not mandatory.
3 month contract
Immediate start
Key Responsibilities
Compile and verify finance and other statistics for global reporting purposes.
- Gather data from a range of sources — e.g. emails, expense claims, MYOB, and expense systems
- Enter data accurately into head office templates
- Ensure information integrity and consistency across reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a finance/accounts administration role.
- Confidence using MYOB or another small business accounting system.
- Intermediate level Excel (pivot tables, IF stmts, V lookups etc)
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing data.
- Comfortable navigating multiple data sources to find and verify information.
- Available to start immediately and commit through late January.
