About Us Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with over 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors. We are currently looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with 6-15 years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically, our team is looking for an Engineer who can provide analysis, design, and technical advice for our clients in the residential, infrastructure and energy space. Our team of 25 includes two Principal Geotechnical Engineers, and you'll have the ability to work with them closely on a regular basis.Our team is well-established in the Bay of Plenty region with a secondary office in Rotorua and Napier. This position offers fantastic career progression and can be based out of our Tauranga or Rotorua office. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. What You'll Need A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science DegreeMinimum of 6 years of experience in a geotechnical consultancyAt least 2 years of experience in New Zealand (preferred)A full New Zealand drivers licenseGood interpersonal skillsExceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written What You'll Get Additional Day Leave on your Birthday$500 annual well-being allowanceProvision of minimum of 50 hours Training / CPD per year and paid membership to Engineers New ZealandOffice social events throughout the yearFlexible office hoursOngoing internal project management and technical trainings
