Our client, a prominent player in the legal industry, is seeking an experienced lawyer with 5 or more years of post-qualification expertise to join their team in Wellington. This is your chance to engage in diverse, captivating work for corporates, banks, major financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, government entities, and other key players in the financial market.
You will:
- Handle high-quality work across various areas, including project and infrastructure finance, property finance, corporate lending, and corporate restructuring and insolvency.
- Ideally serve as an intermediate or senior lawyer, leveraging your exceptional experience in transactional banking and finance and/or corporate restructuring and insolvency.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver results promptly and efficiently.
- Showcase exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Employ an analytical and thorough approach to your work, demonstrating high attention to detail.
