**About the role**
We are now recruiting for a Banking and Finance lawyer to join our Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland office. Working alongside our Auckland Banking and Finance partner, you will have a unique opportunity to advance your career as you become exposed to the depth of knowledge and experience gained through advising international and domestic banks, financial institutions, private equity and infrastructure sponsors and corporates on all types of financings across a range of sectors.

As part of our market-leading team you will have an opportunity to become involved in all aspects of our busy transactional banking and finance practice, including acquisition finance, project finance, corporate finance, property finance and structured finance. Our team is particularly active in the project finance space, and you will have the opportunity to advise on the financing aspects of New Zealand's most significant infrastructure financing transactions.
