We are looking for a Resource Information Facilitator to support our Resourcing Team

**About the role**:
Your work will focus on a variety of administration responsibilities - ranging from;
- Providing administrative support for the team as required, scheduling team meetings and compiling meeting meetings, data collection and other delegated tasks as required by the Resourcing Manager
- Supports the Resourcing Manager with quality and reporting requirements.
- Liaising with stakeholders / internal and external as required
- Supporting the Enliven Onboarding team as and when relief cover is needed
- Ability to keep the team on track with everything you have part to play in.

- Experience & accuracy with Microsoft suite of tools
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Data entry skills
- Effective at multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills both phone, face to face and written
- The ability to problem solve with a forward-thinking approach
- Excellent time management skills
- A proactive quality improvement focused working style
- Ability to focus on tasks while still being a star team player
