We are looking for an experienced pay roll clerk who will be committed and have strong organisational and communication skills. They will also display high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Payroll experience and general administration skills
- Utilise clock in and payroll software to prepare weekly payroll runs.
- Maintain up to date with changes in payroll legislation.
- Honest, reliable and able to keep information confidential
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines to pay employees’ wages correctly and on time, whilst still producing accurate work.
- Ensure data entry is accurate and in compliance with procedures and laws, pay attention to details, and update and maintain employee records
- Good at communication and provide salary enquiries for employees
- Knowledge of NZ Employment laws and Tax Systems

The role will be for approximately eight hours per week over Monday and Tuesday.
