We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as an **Identity & Access Management Specialist.**

As part of our Digital & Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right individuals have appropriate access permissions while safeguarding sensitive data throughout the user lifecycle. You will be the SME in this space and will work as part of the deployment team to ensure smooth deployment which aligns with Mitre 10’s ways of working.

**Reporting to the Store Deployment Manager, your key functions will include**:

- ** User provisioning and de-provisioning**
- Facilitate the creation, modification, and removal of user accounts and access privileges across various IT systems.
- Collaborate with internal business units to gather relevant information to ensure users have appropriate access permissions based on their roles and responsibilities.
- Implement and enforce access control policies and procedures to minimize security risks.
- ** Identify Lifecycle Management**
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of user identities, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive identity management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies and best practice.
- A natural problem solver
