**Office Manager**

Our company mainly engages in local and export wholesale tradingservices.

We are currently lookingforanoffice manager to supervise and manage our busy office. Strong teamwork and a can-do attitude are essential for this role its all about being hands on

**We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team with the following responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related procedures and oversee the management of office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure efficient resolution of administration-related issues with the assistance of the appropriate staff members.
- Establish and maintain office records in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and retention schedules.
- Maintain and manage office systems and equipment, including IT, telephone systems, and office machinery.
- Provide administrative support to the director, manager, and contractors.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, and termination processes, and update employment records pertaining to hiring, transfers, and terminations.
- Develop performance measurement standards and conduct regular informal performance evaluations on a monthly basis, along with formal annual performance appraisals.
- Coordinate personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
- Design and implement health and safety programs to comply with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and perform regular maintenance on office equipment.
- Collaborate with professionals to coordinate office-related activities and facilitate the resolution of any issues that may arise.

**Skills and knowledge**:

- The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a well-structured work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with office software and industry-specific systems.
- Ability to solve challenges and make informed decisions.
- A customer-focused approach for building positive relationships.

**Q**ualifications and requirements**

The job requires abachelor degreeor higher qualification, with relevant major in business

At least 2 years or above relevant work experience in management role

Working hours : fixed 40hours five days per week (full time position)
