We are looking for an OfficeManagerfor our car sales yard.

The duties of the position includes, but are not limited to, the following:

- Preparing time sheets and payrolls,
- Maintaining accounts and records of equipment and supplies accurately,
- Product and inventory management,
- Monitoring sales,profit, and loss,
- Preapring documents needed for ordering/importing of cars from overseas,
- Coordinating car import activities with other offices like customs, VTNZ, and others,
- Dealing with suppliers, compliance, and others,
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff,
- Reviewing performance of staff,
- Analysing data and making reports, as needed
- And running other administrative matters where required.

Location: Christchurch

Hours: 35-40

Wage rate: $30-32

Experience: 2-3 years experience managing business or working in an office environment.

Applicants must be willing to undergo background checks and drug testing.
