Personal Assistant/manager

**Patialvi Enterprises Limited** is seeking a reliable **Personal Assistant / Manager**in the **Hamilton, Waikato region** to provide day-to-day administrative support, manage scheduling, and assist with overall business operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication across regional teams, handling time-sensitive duties, and maintaining efficient business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, business correspondence, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Act as a liaison between the Director and operational teams across Hamilton, Hawke’s Bay, and Wellington
- Assist in coordinating driver schedules, vehicle maintenance records, and courier route updates
- Manage confidential documents and maintain filing systems
- Assist in the recruitment process and onboarding of regional staff
- Track expenses, manage petty cash reimbursements, and assist with invoice follow-up
- Help ensure compliance with transport regulations and workplace safety standards
- Provide support in preparing documentation for internal reporting and external agencies (e.g. INZ, auditors)

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
