The Te Manawa Taki (Midland Regional) Trauma Service is on the hunt for a passionate Personal Assistant/Coordinator to cover parental leave.

This isnt your typical admin job - youll be at the heart of our service, helping things run smoothly while contributing to work that truly impacts patients, whānau, and communities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Keep our local and regional meetings running smoothly (agenda, minutes, bookings)
- Be the go-to person for our Trauma Hub and clinicians
- Oversee procurement and logistics, from processing orders and invoices to coordinating purchases and travel arrangements.
- Own calendar and schedules (including our Clinical Directors)
- Support recruitment, staff leave, and admin processes
- Organise training sessions and team events
- Contribute to communications and reports
- Get involved in projects that shape the future of trauma care

- Proven experience as a PA/Coordinator (or similar)
- Tech confidence (especially with MS Office)
