You are able to contribute or even at times lead security projects, working both within the security team and working alongside the wider business.

You understand the value of a framework such as ISO-27001 for structuring the work undertaken by a business to ensure a culture of continual improvement in terms of security posture and are happy to contribute towards maintaining one or more compliance programs held by the business through your work (including Identification, handling, and documenting security risks and baseline requirements across areas such as supplier reviews, internal projects, major infrastructure or product changes, and Information assets).

You are passionate about security being the responsibility of the entire business and see an important part of your responsibilities as a security professional is to increase awareness across the business (including contributing towards our security awareness training program).

**Your experience**:
Technical knowledge and experience in some of the following domains: Logging & Monitoring, Incident Management, Security operations process implementation & documentation, Asset security, Network Security, Identity and access management, Cloud security, Vulnerability management.

Experience in documenting security requirements, processes and assessments (ideally in line with a compliance standard such as ISO27001, SOC-2, or PCI).

Experience in IT/Security projects - documentation, participation, and (optionally) ownership.

Adept communication and collaboration skills. You work well in a team setting and are able to communicate in a clear, friendly and professional manner with other departments as required.
