The LIM & Property Information Team are looking for a positive, proactive and motivated individual to join their busy team.

**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

As a LIM & Property Information Officer, your key responsibilities will be processing Land Information Memorandum's and Property file requests for both residential and commercial properties throughout the Christchurch City Council District. Your day might include:

- Assessing, processing and Issuing of LIM (s)
- Offering the public advice and support
- Administration of Property Files
- Identitying, investigate and manage risk, ensuring all files are compliant under LGOIMA
- Collaborate with both your team and the wider council staff

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**
- Be computer literate, quick to pick up new systems and processes
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Preferably have experience with local authority or a willingness to learn

- Location_ - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street_
