Reporting to the Store Manager, our dynamic team is in search of a Class 1 Driver / Storeperson based at our Distribution Centre. In this role, you will participate in a variety of warehouse activities where some of your key responsibilities will be to
- Deliver our product to customer’s homes
- Receive inwards goods
- Coordinate customer pickups
- Quality control of inwards and outwards goods
- Wrap goods for pick up
- Assemble furniture
- Set up furniture on the store floor
- Complete basic furniture repairs
- Dispose of rubbish and packaging
- Complete regular stock takes of warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe environment

We're a team with a lot of big ideas, so if you have some experience working in a warehouse or driving role and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in, and are willing to learn and develop with us, then this role is for you

**About you | Ō pūmanawa**

To be successful in this role, you must have a New Zealand Class 1 Driver’s licence and be available to work one day of the weekend. You must also
- Be able to drive a manual vehicle
- Have a strong Health and Safety awareness
- Have some experience delivering and handling goods
- Be physically fit and willing to lift furniture, unload and load trucks
- Be well presented and have some customer service experience
- Have a good understanding of English, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
