**Are you passionate about data and driven by the desire to uncover insights that can transform businesses? We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.**

This role will forms part of an enthusiastic and busy team at our Head Office in Wiri. This department works alongside our large salesforce to assist in the development and growth of both current and future business with our customers.

**Some key responsibilities may look like this**:

- Analysing large, complex data sets to reveal underlying patterns, correlations and trends
- Develop reports and code to support business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
- Increase the value of service to our customer by working closely with our motivated salesforce

**Key to your success will be your ability to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Experience in big data technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, compare, organize, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at writing queries, reports, and presenting findings
- Ability to produce quality work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with entering, organising and analysing large amounts of data
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team

**An ideal applicant will have experience in one or more of the following platforms**:

- Python/Ruby/Ruby on Rails
- PowerApps/PowerBI
- Postgres/SQL
- Excel
