**UNLOCK your potential**
The Warehouse Assistant plays a crucial role in our UBCO’s operations, responsible for dispatching of bikes and spare parts from the warehouse, maintaining stock levels, processing spare parts orders, and participating in stocktake activities. This position requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in warehouse operations, dispatching and stock management, who is looking to join an exciting global organisation leading the way in Electric Adventure Vehicles.

**OWN the space**
- Dispatch of bike and spare parts based on delivery schedules and urgency.
- Ensure all relevant procedures and checklists are completed prior to dispatch.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of bikes for shipment.
- Liaise with delivery providers to schedule pick-ups and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched motorbikes and update the inventory system accordingly.
- Monitor stock levels of all inventory.
- Assist in conducting stock take activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Spare Parts Order Processing:

- Ensure parts warehouse and storage areas are organised and tidy.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and implement measures to enhance warehouse security.

**BUILD on your experience/ Requirements**
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, dispatching, stock management, or related fields.
- Physical capability to handle and move heavy objects when required.
- This is on site role in our warehouse in Mount Maunganui
- “Can-do” attitude and a willingness to help out where required
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.

**Nice to have**
- Forklift license or willingness to get one

**Work Environment & Physical Requirements**
- Work primarily in a warehouse setting.
- Work environment may involve exposure to various weather conditions.
- Spend most of your time on your feet, walking, standing, and moving around the warehouse.
- Required to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes and equipment, sometimes weighing up to 30 kgs or more.
- Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel
- Required to operate machinery
- Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, as you may be required to handle tools or small items
- Safety is a top priority in the warehouse environment, and it is essential to follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
