Our Sales and Marketing Team are driven by in store excellence and taking our retail partnerships to the next level. The Trade Execution Specialist (Retail Displays) is a multifaceted role responsible for project managing Miele appliance displays across our retail partner centres in New Zealand.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team. Working cross functionally with our Retail Sales and Marketing teams, this role is a great opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and truly cross functional role.

Please note, this will be a Full Time 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This position will also be titled Trade Execution Specialist internally once placed.

**About the Role**:
This position will be primarily responsible for project managing ‘design & construct’ display projects through to handover to our retail partners. This role will ensure, through a hands-on management approach, that budget, quality, and time expectations are met. This will also include the managing of agreed display appliance assortments with our retail partners, new product change overs and assortment changes in market.

In addition to this, the Trade Execution Specialist (Retail Displays) will also support the sales team through the coordination and management of sales related communications and marketing point of sale.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Supporting the New Zealand Sales and Marketing team in the facilitation of Display Projects across our retail partners, events and promotional sites from concept to handover
- Actively managing the implementation of Miele New Zealand’s ‘Display Processes’ for all new ‘in-market’ retail displays to meet Sales & Marketing criteria and brand guidelines
- Support the sales and category team in managing new product introductions (NPIs) by coordinating and monitoring the NPI process. Activation activities include distribution of sales product forms and specification sheets to Key Account Managers, ensuring Marketing Category Managers and Sales are in alignment with implementation timelines and are on track to deliver
- Supporting the execution of display excellence in field through supporting the Field Sales Team and Key Account Managers with display files, planograms, display orders and coordination of roll outs
- Providing monthly ROI reports for COOP, retail displays, display suites (Commercial Projects) and digital activations in close cooperation with the business planning and marketing teams
- Supporting the sales management team in raising purchase requestions and purchase orders for POS and display investments
- Providing promotions summary for the sales team including building the summary sheet with all relevant details such as models and pricing information
- Supporting international programs and initiatives across retail and projects e.g. FSE, POS 2.0 etc
