In this role, you’ll oversee multi packaging lines, machine efficiency, drive asset reliability and world-class maintenance practices. With a clear focus on safety, quality, performance and innovation you’ll be delivering value every day through leadership, effective problem solving, smarter systems, better processes, and strong collaboration with production teams.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Lead preventative and corrective maintenance, track KPIs (OEE, ME, etc.), and continuously improve uptime and efficiency.
- Oversee daily maintenance and support projects that improve machine performance.
- Champion safety and ensure compliance with Lion’s technical standards.
- Partner and support Area Leaders through MOTSF and TPM with specialist coaching and problem solving.
- Own Sudden Failure Reviews and countermeasure development.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the maintenance system.
- Support, coach and develop your team, building skills, confidence and capability
- Support continuous improvement in the Enterprise Asset Management system through preventative maintenance reviews and asset care planning.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Engineering qualifications (Mechanical or Electrical) or solid hands-on experience in packaging/maintenance.
- A background in reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement - ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with a focus on supporting and developing your team’s potential.
- A strong focus on safety, with a passion for learning and improvement.
- Practical experience in Lean manufacturing - TPM is a plus
