Onehunga, New Zealand Hi I.Q. Liquor Merchants Full time

We are currently seeking suitable part time casual applicants to work in our Warehouse in Onehunga. Hours are flexible and will generally be around 20 hours per week. Work will mainly be Monday-Friday but additional weekend hours may be available to support Auckland events from time to time.

Duties will include:

- picking and packing products
- local deliveries
- receiving and shelving inwards goods
- stocktakes
- assistance with event set up/tear down may be included at times
- light vehicle maintenance may be included, if applicants have suitable experience

The ideal applicant will be/have:

- Physically fit, as lifting is required for this role
- A high level of honesty and trustworthiness
- Meticulous, accurate and organized, with good time management skills
- Reliable and a self-starter, able to work to deadlines
- Speak fluent English
- Clean driver license and Police record (must be willing to submit to a police check)
- Drug testing is mandatory and ongoing
- Forklift experience (and license) would be an advantage

This role would suit a person with prior warehouse and dispatch experience.

This position will require a flexible, adaptable person, as no two days will be the same. You will have to be motivated, capable of self-managing and able to work from check-lists and manuals.

Due to the nature of our business, and the policies of the customers you will be delivering to, you must have a valid Covid-19 vaccine passport to be considered for this position.

You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to be eligible for this position.
