**Job Description**:

As an In-Store Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial part in creating a memorable experience for our customers in store. We offer awesome products and we know our customers purchase from us because we also offer them expert service.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Knowledge of exceptional customer service and how to deliver it
- Excellent phone manner
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- The desire to deliver a memorable experience to our customers
