**About the role**
Our Wellington office is looking for enthusiastic and talented administrator / secretary to join our team
Full Time opportunity (8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday). This offer a great opportunity to develop experience across a broad range of practice areas and to develop relationships across the Wellington office while supporting our legal teams, as well as being an integral part of our overall support team.
- Supporting partners as well as the wider team of lawyers
- Preparing documentation; legal documents, presentations, reports, statements
- Formatting documents with a focus on document design in relation to legal advice / presentations
- Liaising with clients
- Administering monthly billing processes
- A wide range of other administrative and PA duties as required
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A good level of knowledge in the Microsoft Office package including excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other appropriate mediums would be a real advantage.
- An eye for detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A “can-do” and happy to help attitude with the ability to be flexible and operate as part of a team.
- Some IT know how - experience with Zoom.
- A proactive approach to your work - the ability to work on tasks unprompted and anticipate needs.
- Impeccable time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
Full training will be given, so experience in a similar role is not required.
