The Department of General Surgery at North Shore Hospital is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant, to join our friendly and supportive team.

You will be providing PA support to the Operations Manager and Clinical Director, General Surgey and assisting the Department in meeting its objectives. This includes diary management, meeting coordination, timecard administration, recruitment and human resource coordination, accounts and document processing.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 3 years experience in a health care administration
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work with changing priorities are essential
